Family Support Offering Adult Foster Care (AFC) Information Session

We hope you will join our AFC director, Shannon Tedeschi, along with one of our AFC providers, Joe Mastrangelo, for an AFC (Adult Family Care) Informational Session.

When: February 28th, 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Where: Zoom

The goal of this session is to have families interested in AFC hear more about the program elements while hearing from a provider about their family’s experience with the program.

Joe will discuss:

~ His family’s reasons for choosing AFC

~ Guardianship considerations

~ The AFC stipend

~ Expectations from the program

~ Positives and negatives to consider ~ Financial planning as it relates to the care of the member
